How long does shipping take?
Standard products are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom-made products usually require approximately 20 business days of production before they are shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within Finland. International delivery is not currently available, but we plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Carrier delays may occasionally occur during holidays or busy periods. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us through our contact page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes may be possible before the order enters processing. Once production or shipping has started, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All currently available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout. The exact options may vary depending on your device and payment provider.
How long do custom products take?
Custom products generally require approximately 20 business days to produce. The exact time may vary depending on the product, materials and current order volume. Delivery time is added after production.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if the message is not visible.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period for standard products. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and kept in their original condition and packaging.
Can custom-made products be returned?
Custom-made and personalised products cannot normally be returned because they are produced specifically for the customer. This does not apply if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Include your order number, a short description and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
