Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with WellTap. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every product meets our quality standards.


Order Processing

Standard products are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom-made products require additional production time before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product but are generally up to 20 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Area

We currently ship within Finland only.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.


Shipping Times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Finland: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Delays

Although we always strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customs processing (future international shipping)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Other unexpected events

WellTap cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, shipping delays or additional delivery charges may occur.

WellTap is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.


Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us.

We will work together with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment before issuing a replacement or refund when applicable.
