At WellTap, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Standard products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- Include all accessories and components
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Custom Products
Because custom-made products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- An incorrect product was delivered
If your custom product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized products
- Custom-made products (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use
- Products damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve your case quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will review every case individually and provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your payment provider or bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment has begun.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
